Join us this Winter solstice to fill your cup with a range of wellness experiences hosted by accomplished and passionate guides.

9am Adelaide pick-up in our top-of-the-line Mercedes Benz mini bus - hosted by Willunga local, keen foodie and wellness chaser, Camilla.

NOURISH. Arrive at the Willunga Farmers Market for a guided tour by two knowledgeable cooks, Evelyne and Andrea, with a focus on the many wonderful organic producers and their wellness wares including cold pressed and green juices, kombucha, pickles and kimchi. Beverages, breakfast, calico Market bag and journal included.

MOVE. Guided session of core yoga and Pilates movements with the experienced instructor, Ingrid. This hour will leave you feeling balanced and re-energised.

WANDER. The beautiful streets of Willunga to lunch - soak in the little town’s lovely atmosphere and enjoy the many heritage homes along the way.

FLAVOURS. Hear from the Green Gourmet herself, Andrea, about preparing food and eating in a healthful and mindful way. Start with a honey ferment demonstration before sitting down to a three course meal. Appetisers featuring homemade ferments - salsa, pickles and krauts; a hearty Winter warming, wholesome main; and delicious dessert. All featuring the best locally sourced, organic produce and accompanied by favourite beverages from the Market and a range of Dandy Tea Co teas.

NATURE. Enjoy the natural setting walking along part of the Willunga Basin Trail. Marvel at the ancient gums and abundant birdlife. You may even spot a koala!

SOOTHE. Relax and enjoy a sound bath, accompanied by gentle movement and mindfulness exercises.

CONNECT. This day is all about taking the time for feel-good connectedness - to your body, mind and other like-minded women. Join us. It will be beautiful.

Return to Adelaide at approximately 5pm.

Please bring your own yoga mat and large towel or blanket to go underneath it. (Can be stored on the bus, there will be no need to walk around with these items).
